Sand Castles, Inc. offers custom online mentoring , to help you resolve or manage problems. Submit your problem description to us to receive a comprehensive Idea List.
Our Process
1. Write a short one-page description of your problem and email it to Janis@sandcastlesonline.com. Describe your problem as completely as you can.
2. A mentor will review your described problem and compile a list of viable, potential ideas to assist you in resolving or managing your concern. Your Idea List will be your tool for rebuilding or properly managing your problem based on the details that you have shared. 3. After you receive your specific and personalized problem resolution Idea List, you will need to think about each item. Weigh out the pros and cons of these ideas and how they may apply to your real-life situation. Only you can think these ideas through based on all the details that only you can know. You may choose one or all of these ideas to explore as you work to resolve and/or manage your problem.

Not all problems will go away. Learning how to manage them can be as helpful. Some problems are simply ongoing life challenges that need to be understood and then better managed.
4.) If you need further mentoring, you can write a response to each item on the Idea List and email it back to Janis@sandcastlesonline.com. Each time you want your mentor to respond to your email, you will need to click "Buy Now" and select a new Idea List. By selecting an Idea List, you will receive a review of your email. This will allow your mentor to share more with you in resolving problems and supporting any changes that you may decide to make.
